These terms apply when you use Pipzi. By using the app you accept them.

The app

Pipzi helps you practise reading faster while understanding what you read. Results depend on your own practice; we do not promise a particular speed or outcome. Pipzi is not a medical or educational diagnosis tool.

Plans and subscriptions

• All 52 weeks of the program are free. Lessons use energy: the free plan gives you 3 lessons a day, and energy refills at midnight. Daily readings, chests and the weekly check never use energy. You can top up energy with gems or, where offered, by watching an optional ad.
• The free plan and Pipzi Lite may show ads: at most one full-screen ad per session, never after the weekly check.
• Pipzi Lite (yearly) gives you 6 lessons of energy a day; ads stay.
• Pipzi Pro (monthly or yearly) gives you unlimited lesson energy, no ads, training with your own texts and PDFs, the full ERS analysis, one streak repair a month and a free streak freeze every week.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, yearly or monthly, at the price shown before you buy.
• The yearly Pro and Lite plans may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Energy limits and plan features may change over time; important changes will be shown in the app.

Your content

Books you import stay on your device. Only import books you have the right to read. You are responsible for the files you add.

Our content

Pipzi's texts, questions, illustrations and the Pipzi character belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own reading practice inside the app.

Fair play

Please don't reverse-engineer, copy or resell the app or its content, or use it in ways that break the law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for data lost on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and important changes will be shown in the app.
